SECURITY STRATEGY & SECURITY PLAN FORMULATION
Once a Clients security threats are identified and assessed, we can assist a Client to formulate a suitable security strategy and security plan to effectively manage these security threats and the associated risks. Such risk management can include the avoidance or elimination of risk, or mitigations to reduce the likelihood of occurrence.
DUE DILIGENCE
Entering into legal or personal agreements, associating with organizations or individuals, working with sub-contractors or making investment decisions all entail risk. Canine (K9) Services
JADEC provide general purpose, narcotics and explosive K9/Handler teams to meet a Clients’ specific requirements, whether this is protecting a Client from intruders, guarding premises, searching persons entering any facility or site, or examining high-risk areas for hidden explosives. We have extensive experience in in operating in ports (air, land and sea), mines, nuclear, military, high value premises as well as logistics and courier spheres.
We manage all aspects of the K9 service, including but not limited to facility assessment, security risk and gap analysis relating to K9 services; formulating a K9 strategy with supporting objectives, action plans, policies and immediate action drills for use during K9 operations at the Client facility; establishing a 24-hour K9/Handler schedule and events log; and integration of K9 services with Client security arrangements. We also ensure our K9/Handler teams receive routine refresher training and subject all aspects of our K9 service delivery to external moderation.
